Gatundu South Member Of Parliament has given remarks on Junet Mohammed's statement regarding the next government. The remarks Suna East Member Of Parliament, who is also a close ally of the ODM Party Leader Raila Odinga, have raised serious eyebrows from leaders from Mt Kenya region with most of them already having a second thought about supporting Raila Odinga. Although, a section of leaders allied to Raila Odinga among them ODM Party's Secretary General Edwin Sifuna have said Junet Mohammed's remarks we're on a light note, the party has received backlash.
Among leaders who have spoken about that statement is Gatundu South Member Of Parliament Hon Moses Kuria. Taking to his Facebook page on Saturday night, Moses Kuria said remarks by Junet Mohammed is the reason Mt Kenya region is demanding 40 percent of the next government. Kuria has been advocating for a government that will give more to the vote rich region in who will form the next government.
