Today the Azimio coalition has issued a press briefing at Orange House in Nairobi. The leaders who were present at the briefing accused President Ruto and his deputy Rigathi Gachagua for lying to Kenyans daily. The leaders who were lead by Nairobi senator Edwin Sifuna said that Ruto and Rigathi should deliver the bottom up they promised.
Other leaders who were also present include Kitui senator Enoch Wambua, Muhoroni MP Jared Okello among others. They claim that Ruto and Gachagua have been taking Kenyans in circles and lying daily without delivering anything.
They further state that the head of state and his deputy should stop blaming the previous regime for their current failure. The Nairobi senator Edwin Sifuna gave an example by the NARC government that took over power in 2002. He reiterated that NARC did not complain how bad the economy was but just focused on delivery.
