As the election season approaches in Kenya, political leaders are busy traveling the country in an attempt to get more supporters and popularize their programs.
Raila Odinga, the Azimio presidential candidate, has revised his campaign tactics. As the fight for the State House heats up, Raila has divided his regional organizations into groups and expanded his themes.
The ODM leader and his colleague Martha Karua have devised a new strategy for running the same but well-coordinated Azimio campaign as the August 9 elections approach.
Karua, a past presidential candidate, has focused on the electoral constituencies of Mt Kenya since being chosen as Raila's candidacy. Dp Ruto, on the other hand, has gained significant support in areas where she was previously viewed as the kingpin.
Part of the goal is to build regional campaigns in the Azimio constituency led by experienced regional leaders.
