Former Citizen Tv News anchor Jacque Maribe has hinted that she might have landed a position in the new administration led by President William Ruto and his Deputy Geoffrey Rigathi Gachagua.
She shared the message on her Insta stories which alleges that she might be the incoming Director of Communications at the Office of the Deputy President at Harambe House Annex. In that case, she will be replacing and filling in the shoes of Dennis Itumbi who is likely to move with President William Ruto to State House. Itumbi once gatecrashed a live TV broadcast to deliver a birthday cake to her.
This comes just days after Maribe responded to rumours that she had resorted to heavy drinking and almost suicidal amid other challenges. She reaffirmed that she is not about to give up on the fight to be successful.
Maribe has gone through a series of challenges and has been on the limelight for the right and wrong reasons. She became the talk of town after she was implicated in a murder with gospel artiste Mr Irungu alias Jowie but later became a state witness.
