Deputy president William Ruto has suffered a huge blow after it emerged that he is not among those who will be engaged by the Mount Kenya Foundation members.
According to details, the second in command is not in the list of those that president Uhuru Kenyatta has ordered the foundation to meet over his succession.
This emerges just a day after the Mount Kenya Foundation held a top meeting with the Orange Democratic Movement ODM party leader Raila Amollo Odinga.
Raila Odinga is now scheduled to meet with sone of his former allies in the just dissolved National Super Alliance NASA coalition principals.
The leaders he will meet are now United under the One Kenya Alliance among them Amani National Congress ANC party leader Musalia Mudavadi, Kalonzo Musyoka who is the Wiper party leader and also Ford Kenya party leader senator Moses Wetangula.
Kenya African National Union KANU party leader Gideon Moi is also along the leaders that the former Prime Minister Raila Amollo Odinga is scheduled to meet over his candidature to the State House.
After the meetings, the Mt Kenya Foundation will be presenting a name to the Head of State with who their favourite presidential candidate will be in the coming general elections.
