"There has not been any pinch of proof from Kirungia or from any other quarter presented before this court to substantiate the claim that I have acted in a manner that is contradictory to the law," asserted Ruto through the legal counsel of Mutuma Gichuru & Associates.
Ruto continued by saying that even if he were to be impeached, only the Parliament, not the court, would have the authority to do so.
