Jubilee Party Suffers A Major Blow As Humiliating Details Emerge After UDA And ODM Did This

Today was a D-day for Juja and Bonchari Constituencies and Rurii Ward in Murang'a County.

The residents of these areas, work up very early in the morning to go to the various polling stations to elect their Representatives in the National Assembly and County Assembly.

Rurii ward, Bonchari and Juja constituencies by elections were litmus papers to test waters for ODM, Jubilee and UDA parties.

The three parties were being keen in stamping their support in the country.

However, the day turned out to be a day of arrests and alleged voter bribery in the various elections exercises.

There was also uncharacteristically high number of security officers manning the by-elections sparking protests by some candidates who felt that it was voter intimidation.

The outcomes of the byelections however, dealt Jubilee Party a major blow as humiliating details emerged leaving Kenyans baffled.

Oliver Mathenge had it that, the unofficial results for Rurii Ward indicated that, Francis Muraya Githaiga of UDA Party was leading with 4,325 votes followed by Peter Thinji of Jubilee Party 3,132 votes.

In Bonchari Constituency, the Radio Africa Group Digital Editor had it that, the unofficial results indicated that, Eng. Pavel Oimeke of ODM Party was leading with 7,600 votes, closely followed by Mama Teresa Bitutu of UDA Party with 7,290 votes.

Zebedeo Opore, a Jubilee Party candidate was at the third position with 6,500 votes.

On the other hand, Denis Itumbi had it that, the Hustler nation candidate was leading with 10615 votes against 4892 votes of the jubilee Party candidate.

From this trend it looks like UDA party was gaining ground as jubilee Party was dying.
