Stop Calling Me at Night, DP Tells Isiolo Leaders Backing Raila

Kenya Kwanza camp today rallied North Eastern, Isiolo county to drum support for their presidential candidate. Their rally comes weeks after Azimio flag bearer Raila Odinga visited the county.
Deputy president William Ruto now claims that a section of Isiolo leaders who are allied to Azimio One Kenya alliance have been calling him at night.
He said that those leaders are being forced by the state to support Raila out of their will. Ruto urged residents to support his presidential bid promising to revive the economy.
Speaking Isiolo, Ruto said that even if they don't support him, residents will make him president.
" Hawa viongozi wenu wote hawaniungi mkono mchana lakini usiku wananipigia simu wananiambia eti wameongopa, wametishwa sijui wakiniunga mkono sijui watafungwa." Ruto said.
This loosely translate to, " Many of your leaders don't support me but calls me at night saying that they are afraid to be arrested if they join me."
Ruto was in the company of Ali Raso, Aden Duale, Kithure Kindiki, Hussein Tene, Abdilatif Boru, Nicholas Mugabe, Ndindi Nyoro, among other leaders.
