
The ongoing peace negotiations in the Democratic Republic of Congo are currently happening in Nairobi led by president Uhuru Kenyatta. This is meant to restore peace and order in regions that have already been taken by M23 rebels in the country.
The president of Burundi President Evariste Ndashimiye has finally landed at JKIA to lead the peace negotiations in Nairobi between the rebels and the President of Congo. He is currently the chairman of East Africa community which has seven membership drawn from the region.
The dialogue will be held tomorrow in Nairobi where the affected groups are supposed to attend as they try to bring harmony in the country. The main aim of the dialogue is to ensure that the country is peaceful for economic prosperity if the East African community.
The peace talks will be led by the fourth president of the Republic of Kenya Uhuru Kenyatta. Please leave your thoughts in our comments section below.
