" That's Just A Crowd" UDA Allies Respond After Raila Attracts Huge Crowds In DP's Strongholds

ODM leader Raila Odinga has intensified his grassroots campaign ahead of 2022 elections. Recently he has been drumming support at areas where they are considered to be DP's Strongholds. On Friday 15th, he brought Eldoret town to a stand still after huge number of residents turned up for his rally. This was contrary to expectations of many since the place massively voted for Uhuruto in 2017.

Raila's team was in Meru, a place also perceived to be locked under UDA but Odinga received a grand reception and also huge number of people turned up. ODM brigades have expressed their joy in social media that Mount Kenya is now shifting towards the former prime minister.

On the other hand, deputy president supporters claims that their the huge crowds of people being witness does not directly reflect the number of supporters. Giving an explanation that the same number of people were there in 2017 but NASA coalition had fewer votes.
