In a statement issued to the press Vihiga County Woman Representative also an Amani Party stalwart has come out eyeball to eyeball on the former Prime Minister Raila Odinga.
According to Dr. Beatrice Adagala the ODM leader Raila Odinga in 2017, four political parties including ANC, Wiper, Ford Kenya and Chama Cha Mashinani endorsed him for the presidency on an arrangement well captured in a document referred to as the NASA Agreement.
Dr. Adagala further states that all party leaders by then appended their signatures and were to be guided by principles of the agreement for the 2017 and 2022 elections.
"It was agreed that political parties forming NASA after elections will share amongst themselves a political parties fund according to individual performance. To date, ODM has refused to share their allocation. ODM also agreed to not produce a presidential candidate come 2022, rather support a partner for the presidency with 2017's presidential outcome not withstanding," She said.
Dr. Adagala has also accused the Rt. Hon. Raila Odinga and his Secretariat for denouncing tenets of the NASA agreement.
"It disgusts me to see you blatantly denounce an agreement you came to with your co - principles. Trust, honesty and respect are virtues leaders should have," She added.
Further, ODM captain Raila Odinga has also been challenged to either endorse Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho or facilitate the jetting back of the NRM General Miguna Miguna since they played a vital role in his unconstitutional inauguration ceremony.
"All said, I am keen to see whether Hon. Raila Odinga will endorse Hassan Joho or Ambetsa Oparanya who was not at Uhuru Park" Adagala said.
