IEBC Officials Open Up After Disputing Over Presidential Results and the 100.01 percent Vote Margin

While Kenyans were earlier on served with their president-elect following the August 9th General elections after after Kenyans casted their votes on August 9th, it seems we Will have to wait and see if any petition would be filed within the 7 days in concordance to the law of Kenya.

According to a live session that was aired by Citizen Television, it has been seen that a section of the Indipendent Electoral and Boundaries Commision issued their dissatisfaction with how Chairman Wafula Chebukati handled matters concerning with the tallying and verification process of the form 34C.

While at Serena Hotel in Nairobi County, IEBC Vice-chair Juliana Cherera stated that the presidential results issued by Wafula Chebukati on August 14th had an increment of 0.01 percent instead of the standard 100 percent.

She also reiterated that The tallying that was being done by the IEBC officials at the Bomas of Kenya in Nairobi County was not known to the 4 commissioners and Wafula Chebukati did not explain to them the outcome despite questions being raised.
