After a very long time of curfew enforcement,it was finally easened by President Uhuru Kenyatta during the Mashujaa day celebrations in Kirinyaga County. Many people welcomed the idea as they saw it as an opportunity for more trade hours and for their freedom. The bars were also opened and places of worship allowed to carry more congregants.
Just two days after what many people saw as a very good move by the government to stop the curfew,a woman is already lamenting and asking the government to reinforce the curfew once more. In the video shared by K24 TV,the woman was recorded in an audio begging the president to bring the curfew back.
The woman revealed that since the president lifted the curfew, there men have started to come back in the house very late unlike when the curfew was in place. She goes on to reveal that she was out looking for husband who had gone out and that they were not ready to share their men.
