The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) declared the UDA leader William Ruto as the fifth president of Kenya thereby making several African President's and world leaders call and congratulate him for the big victory.
However, the incumbent Head Of State President Uhuru Kenyatta has not broken silence as he has been vouching for a Raila Odinga presidency under the umbrella of the Azimio La Umoja political outfit.
Nevertheless, several UDA fanatics have been celebrating the victory on social media. For instance, Ruto's daughter has been over the moon for the big milestone achieved by his father.
"Great people discussing great ideas. Thank you dear celebrating Kenyans win together with my dad!" Her post has elicited mixed reactions from Kenyans who are with high hopes that William Ruto will transform the economy and help the country thrive.
