Former Kakamega Governor Wycliffe Oparanya has been finally disclosed his next move after Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Coalition Party Presidential candidate Rt Hon Raila Amollo Odinga failed to clinch the presidency in the August 9th polls.
Oparanya has articulated that he is heading to the private sector. He affirmed that he will be running his businesses for the next five years. However, he disclosed that he will not disappear from active politics completely but will be available to play a role in the opposition when called upon to do so.
Had Raila Odinga Clinched the presidency in the August 9th polls, then Wycliffe Oparanya would be the Country's cabinet Secretary for the highly coveted Treasury slot.
However, Oparanya affirmed that he will remain a member of the opposition side that he is not looking for any Government position in the current administration.
