The Azimio running mate leader Martha Karua also encouraged peace and urged leaders to say true promised to the Kenyans. She added that all the leaders should embrace good character to lessen the pressures on the citizens concerning elections. The president also in his remarks encouraged togetherness.
With other church leaders the country has been at large urged to maintain calmness during this electioneering period .
