Former journalist at the Uhuru Kenyatta owned Mediamax limited group Njogu wa Njoroge has landed a top government job.
He has been appointed by the Cabinet Secretary in charge of the Ministry of Information, Communication and Technology CS Eliud Owalo to serve in the Kenya Film Classification Board.
This is great news to Njogu wa Njoroge who was dramatically fired from mediamax last year where he revealed that he was notified of his termination via a phone call from the station's management.
He will now serve as the chairperson of the Board of the Kenya Film Classification Board for the next year which elevates him further after his attempts to join politics flopped.

He has been a staunch supporter of His Excellency the Head of State president William Ruto's United Democratic Alliance movement Party.
He attempted to get the party's nomination in Njoro constituency but lost to the incumbent Member of Parliament Honourable Charity Kathambi.
