The upcoming general election, scheduled for August of this year, is getting closer as candidates continue their nationwide campaigns. The Kenya Kwanza team continued their efforts in Nakuru County today, according to information that was posted on social media.
The campaigns were led by the Chama Cha Kazi party leader Hon Moses Kuria and the Kenya Kwanza running partner Hon Rigathi Gachagua, according to information that was circulated on social media. To welcome the Kenyan kwanza leaders, the citizens of Nakuru County turned out in great numbers.
In his speech, Hon. Rigathi Gachagua urged the audience to vote for William Ruto, the deputy president, in the upcoming general election, which will take place in less than two months.
The news that Hon. Rigathi Gachagua was accompanied by several Kenya kwanza team leaders who agreed to work with him was reported on social media platforms. Among other influential people, they include Susan Kihika, a senator from Nakuru, the Hon. Kimani Ngunjiri, Charity Kathambi, Liza Chelule, and the Hon. Jayne Kihara.
