There was a moment of amusement in Bungoma County when Vice President William Ruto introduced the second wife of Francis Atwolis to Roselinda Simiya. Raila Odinga, the stubborn leader of the Azimio la Umojo team, denied the Rutos team by joining Roselinda in 2007.
Atwoli said he was ready to hand over Rosalinda to William Rut and announced that the western region was under Azimio la Umoja.
