Vihiga Governor Wilber Otichilo Mourns the Death of His Personal Aide

Vihiga governor Wilber Otichilo has send a message of condolences to the family and friends of Constable Cassius Madegwah Lukwah.

The deceased was his personal aide. 

Through his Facebook page governor Otichilo described the deceased as selfless civil servant.

"Today I have lost family. Family of over 15 years. Family that has watched over me, stood with me and walked with me through different paths of life. Constable Cassius Madegwah Lukwah, has been my aide and family for the length of my political life and journey. We have lost a good man. Cassius Madegwah Lukwah was selfless and an astute civil servant. He had a keen eye for details and swift on his feet. 

He warned social media users against speculating about his death saying he did not succumb to coronavirus.

"My sincere condolences to his family. From my family, work colleagues, friends and the Vihiga County Community, we stand with you, we mourn with you.Rest Well my friend, Rest in Peace Madegwa," he added. 

Kenyans used his post to send their messages of condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.

Reuben Chumba Bulungu says "So sad to loose such a patriot. May the Lord comfort family and friends, fare thee well,"

Walter Wabuti says "We mourn with you the family friends and foes.. Condolences,"

Peter Atsiaya says "Rest in peace Big man...you were such a humble police officer...very dedicated to his work. As a friend ill miss you. May God comfort his family,"

Walter Raphael says "We mourn with you ,your excellency, it is indeed a sad day for you and for us ,May the Soul of Madegwa Rest In Peace,"

Vinicent Shibira says "Rest well big bro....I remember travelling with you to Nairobi to pick The Governor's vehicle at Toyota Kenya.We went back again to fix some things in the vehicle...him as the driver...Anzweni escorted as and I...we also ran some official errands around with him.Rest well my big brother,"
