Justin Muturi, speaker of the national assembly has come out clear on the plans to work with former prime minister Raila Odinga ahead of 2022 as he revealed more details.
Speaking via his Twitter account, J.B Muturi said that he can work with any like-minded individual who is ready to serve this country.
Muturi's claims that he can work with Raila came days after the Democratic Party (DP) announced him as their presidential candidate in 2022.
However, Muturi has divulged that he can work with the former prime minister. Raila Odinga has worked out on ascending to power 2022, and rumours circulating indicates that he may pick a running mate from the Mount Kenya region.
Speaker Muturi stands a good chance in ensuring that Raila's ambitions are met next general polls.
Recently, J.B Muturi was coronated as the Kikuyu spokesperson by a section of elders from the community. Considering his popularity in the Mount Kenya region, he may be the best pick for Raila.
Going by matrix, Raila will pick a running mate from the central region as well as DP Ruto. The two politicians are targeting the votes rich bloc to solidify their position ahead of the next general elections, 2022.
