The deputy president, William Samoei Ruto, and the honorable Musalia Mudavadi drew a large crowd to their rally in Nakuru county today. Following the massive joint rallies held by the deputy president and Musalia Mudavadi today, politics has taken a new turn as Raila Odinga and President Kenyatta prepare to launch their official campaigns.

The next stop for DP Ruto will be Western Kenya, where he will be accompanied by Musalia Mudavadi, Moses Wetangula, Boni Khalwale, Didmus Baraza, Waluke, and other hustlers legislators.

President Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga, on the other hand, are slated to officially open their joint campaigns on Saturday in Trans Nzoia and Bungoma counties, following Musalia and Ruto's visit on Friday in the same region.

The fireworks that were lit today in Nakuru have now been fired off in Western Kenya, where Raila Odinga and Uhuru Kenyatta are likely to wash Musalia Mudavadi and DP Ruto's political wave to ashes.

Raila indicated during his Murang'a tour that DP Ruto will have no choice but to submit following the massive gathering that is slated to be held in Western Kenya.

After a lengthy discussion with hundreds of MPs from Western Kenya, Raila and Uhuru are set to launch their joint campaign. They have promised to bring Western Kenya to a standstill as they seek votes.
