Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru now claims the county Directorate of Criminal Investigations Officer (DCIO) has summoned his team for interrogation ahead of Deputy President William Ruto's visit to the county today.
"The DCIO Kianyaga is now summoning my team to interrogate them before DP William Samoei Ruto's visit to Kirinyaga. Please stop intimidating my team using security forces," the governor posted on her Facebook page.
"Glad to be hosting H.E William Samoei Ruto and other UDA leaders at ACK All Saints Church, Kianyaga for Sunday Morning service today"Ann Waiguru.
The tour became but punctuated with unpleasant protests as youths allied to the woman representative set ablaze reflector jackets that were emblazoned with the pictures and name of governor Anne Waiguru.
Ngirici, who has when you consider that taken a again seat after Waiguru joined Ruto's camp, promised the county chief a bruising warfare in the party primaries.
The lawmaker has umpteenth posited that she shifted the floor from the ruling Jubilee celebration to Ruto's fold. She has exuded self assurance at past events that she has the political acumen to dethrone Waiguru.
