The resignation of Cherera a few days ago has opened a new conversation in the political arena ahead of tribunal sittings slated for next week. This has been tough for the four commissioners as a tribunal is already set where they will be questioned about their conduct in the recently concluded general elections.
Moses Kajwang has revealed that the two commisioners who have resigned from the commission have no business with the tribunal. He was keen to note that they have already offered legal advice to them to avoid the tribunal and refuse to honour the sermons.
Kajwang has revealed the character of those sharing the tribunal is already questionable and the fate of the commissioner is already decided. He was keen to note that the fate of the commissioner's is already known as they will be driven out of office to pave way for a new commission to influence the outcome of the 2027 general elections.
He highlighted that the main aim of the tribunal is to frustrate those that have refused to work with the fifth regime as already outlined by the President.
