Kidero who was contesting against Gladys Wanga but lost has disputed the results. According to Kidero, the win of Wanga against him is illegitimate null and void for he would also be moving to court to officially challenge the results.

This means as we move into the future, Wanga must be ready to face off with Kidero who is clear he will leave nothing to chance in ensuring he wins the seat of Governor in Homabay County. It's evident that at the moment, IEBC has declared the winner in the Homabay Governorship race.
Kidero latest move is a major blow Gladys Wanga who expected his competitor to concede defeat. It's evident at the moment ODM has won many seats in Nyanza though it's matter that might find itself in court as well.
Whether Kidero will win in court after refusing to concede defeat against Wanga, it's all but an issue of wait and see. It's however important to note that, Wanga is ahead of Kidero by a very huge margin making Kidero's claims laughable and inconsequential.
