The United Democratic Alliance party, a party closely associated with the Deputy President Dr William Ruto have today appointed a new national treasurer. This is in line with their mission to givevthe party a national outlook.
With the latest development, the party's management organ now consist of party leader who ails from Rift valley region, the national chairman from eastern region and the secretary general from central.
While passing his gratitude to the party, the former Member of Parliament for South Mugirango constituency Hon Omingo Magara stated that he is very thankful for being given the national treasurer position. He went ahead and promised to be loyal to the party and performs all the duties that will be assigned to him
The the national treasurer for ODM and UDA parties are now from the Gusii region. This will lead to a tough battle between the two parties while trying to take charge of the voter rich region. The Interior CS who is one of the main critics of the second in command also ails from the region.
