Today, Ruto made the announcement that he would create a platform within the next six months that would include all government services and give Kenyans living abroad access to them. According to Ruto, everyone will be able to use the ceremonies without any problems even those who live in remote areas.

Ruto repeatedly asserts that Kenyans living abroad exploit their remote locations to access government services and he works to support this assertion. He went on to say that you could access government services online from anywhere in the world.
The president continues by saying that no one will be required to switch roles and that everyone, including Americans, will be able to stay in their homes. He eventually finds out that the plan would go into effect in six months and that more than 500 activities would be made public.
