With the ongoing signing of a petition by netizens to the IMF to cancel the Ksh 255 billion loan grant to Kenya, a new twist has emerged on the loan.
Nyeri Town Constituency member of parliament Hon Ngunjiri Wambugu Wambugu has made fresh allegations over the signing of the petition.
The controversial Kieleweke allied legislator has claimed that those signing the petition are doing so in favor of Deputy President William Ruto.

Hon Wambugu has claimed that the petition is being signed by those who think the Kenya belongs to the Second in Command, Dr William Ruto.
"Meanwhile those who think Kenya belongs to Ruto can continue signing the petition," Ngunjiri Wambugu claimed.
