Celebrated actress Lupita Nyong'o has for the first time penned a message to his father Professor Peter Anyang Nyong'o and the Kisumu voters after it emerged that the Kisumu governor was ahead of his closest rivals.
The incumbent governor posted an image on his social media account with the message, ' God has done it, he will do it for Azimio, 80 per cent win. Thank you, Kisumu.'
Lupita has reacted to what appears to be a resounding win for his father with a congratulatory message to the governor and an appreciation message for the voters of the county.
While taking to her social media account, the Black Panther actress posted the following message 'Abich Moro! which loosely translates to five more, 'Congratulations to my daddy and thank you to the people of Kisumu for their overwhelming support at the polls.' Nyong'o Tweeted.
The message from Lupita is a clear indication of a close bond between the daughter and the father who joined his dad in celebrating the achievement.
