President William Ruto is the target of serious fraud allegations made by a member of the orange democratic movement in the national assembly.
The member claims that Ruto is in charge of a project that is allegedly being run by fraudsters.
The Financial Inclusion Fund, he claims, is not based on the law, and the Cabinet is accused of not giving the program the legal approval it needed. He also asserts that the fund isn't based on any legal principles.
The savings from the hustling fund, he continued, "go to individual pockets," but he provided no evidence to support his unfounded claims.
He stated that it is necessary to reexamine the financial inclusion fund concept as a whole.
