"President Uhuru Kenyatta has now started being a keen man let him continue quitting the battle he can't win", Didmus Baraza posted.
Baraza took to his social media account in a post that he claimed that Uhuru Kenyatta had started to realize that Raila was a hard-sale to Kenyans.In his post, Baraza was commenting to a daily news paper which gave reasons on to why the president won't be in Raila's campaign.
"Why Uhuru won't be on Raila's campaign", the news paper stated.
This comes at a time that Raila has been experiencing difficulties in taking his campaigns to the central region. Some of the Azimio aspirants in the region also defended their decisions of not involving Raila's name in their campaigns, they said that Raila was unpopular in the region.
Raila and Uhuru had a handshake in 2018 which saw a change in Kenyan politics.President Uhuru also has been seen publicly supporting Raila's candidature.
