Former Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission CEO Ezra Kiloba landed another top job with the Communication Authority of Kenya. Chiloba who has been a free man since leaving IEBC has been appointed as the new Director-General of Communication Authority of Kenya for a period of four years.
His appointment has elicited mixed reactions across the country with exiled lawyer Dr. Miguna Miguna being the latest politician to react. Takin to his social media platforms the self-proclaimed general has termed the move to appoint Chiloba as a joke.
The Canada-based lawyer went ahead and warned ODM leader Raila Amolo Odinga saying the move is aimed to play him ahead of the upcoming 2022 general elections.
He went ahead and said that Odinga's camp should start practicing the removal of Ezra Chiloba. Is this a joke? @RailaOdinga seeing how much he is being played ** Let them start practicing: "Chiloba Must Go!" He tweeted.
Ezra Chiloba was at the receiving end in the recent 2017polls where he was accused by the opposition of favoring the ruling Jubilee Party. He was the center of attention especially during the campaign rallies where he was allegedly accused of manipulating votes in favor of Jubilee.
