The prime cabinet secretary Musalia Mudavadi is now informed by the majority leader in the national assembly, Kimani Ichungwa, of when the prime minister is scheduled to appear before the house and when he is expected to answer questions there.
The majority leader reportedly informed Hon. Musalia Mudavadi in a video clip that he should expect to appear before the parliament and respond to inquiries about issues like GMO foods, which have an impact on health, trade, and agriculture. He has stated that he must come before the house and respond to the question when such a motion is made before the house.
Adding to that he's been told that he can also be accompanied by the cabinet secretaries manning those dockets for effective presentation. Kimani Ichungwa has spoken this while presenting his proposal during the ongoing Cabinet secretaries retreat in Nanyuki that is being attended to by the members of parliament, governors and PSs.
