Senior Counsel Ahmednassir Abdullahi, who is also a die-hard ally of the Deputy President Dr William Ruto, has received a backlash reply from his friend and fellow Senior Counsel Professor Makau Mutua after ridiculing the governors who are backing the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party leader Raila Odinga for presidency.
In his message on Twitter, Ahmednassir reacted to the meeting between the ODM chief Raila Odinga and about 30 governors who today in Naivasha who have all resolved to back the former Premier for presidency, Ahmednassir claimed that most of those governors are retiring in this year's polls and will retire from active politics. Hence they will not have no much impact to Odinga's bid.
This statement has elicited several reactions from Kenyans, where Prof Makau Mutua immediately replied back saying Ahmednassir are having a very bad day today after realizing that almost all governors are supporting Raila's bid. Therefore, it has become a hemorraging day for him and UDA Party supporters."You and UDA are having a very bad day. Hemorrhage. Pole." He told him.
