South Korea is undoubtedly one of the most developed countries in the world. It brags with huge companies of steel, plastic, and nuclear energy and Seoul city have got skyscrapers and well-furnished and organized city roads and footpaths. This is one of the reasons why William Ruto chose to go to South Korea for his maiden trip.
The head of state was today taken through the city of Seoul where he was taken to one of the tallest buildings in South Korea for him to have a glimpse of the beauty of the city. In attendance was the foreign affairs minister Alfred Mutua.
However, something that shocked many is that his aide de camp was missing during his tour. Earlier on during the meeting with the President of South Korea, his aide de camp was present and today he was missing. A time when a President want to pass through the city streets unnoticed he or she instructed his aide de camp to stay away.
