"Respect Institutions" Kenyans React As Ruto Fires Back At NCIC For Banning Sipangwingwi

The Deputy President William Ruto on Friday broke his silence after the NCIC banned the use of some phrases that Politicians like Using in Political rallies.

According to NCIC chairman Samwel Kobia,the words are inflammatory hence should not be used.

The words include Sipangwingwi which the deputy president's side kenya kwanza is fond of using during Campaigns.

Taking to his twitter account shortly after the ban, the DP dropped a video clip of Sipangwingwi.

His move Elicited mixed reactions from a cross-section of kenyans who took to the comments section to express their views.

Some like James asked Ruto to Respect Institutions that have been put in place by the government to perfom certain functions.

However others seemed to be agreeing with Ruto.

The DP has for some time decried the manner in which state agencies have been weponised to fight him and his allies.

During UDA NDC last month, Ruto Promised to give the independent Institutions freedom to carryout their mandate if elected as president.
