Political heat is increasing in Kenya after the presidential front runners have been working hard to ensure that get many votes in August election. According to 2010 constitution, Kenya will be having election on 9th August 2022, Kenya Kwanza Alliance and Azimio-one Kenya Alliance campaigns are on high point being that the two fronts tend to be having most preferred candidates, William Ruto and Raila Amollo Odinga respectively. The constitution of Kenya also give mandates Independent, Electoral and Boundaries commission to organize, lead and supervise elections. IEBC has got many activities to tackle before August election, one being to clear all presidential candidates, Governors, senators, members of parliament and members of county assembly.
Today Independent Electoral and Boundaries commission give out calenders on when the presidential candidates will attend the IEBC headquarters to clear themselves, William will be 6th June, Kalonzo 4th June and Raila Odinga 5th June 2022. Both William Ruto and Azimio-one party flag bearer Raila Odinga had been verified by IEBC.
