Barely a few hours after the Court again dealt the president move to include the National Military Service on the cabinet a blow after declaring that the move is unconstitutional and hence the move is null and void like the Building Bridges Initiative a move which has raised a lot of questions on the role of the Attorney General.
According to the former Senate Deputy Speaker Kithure Kindiki, the movie which has seen most of the government actions done by President Uhuru Kenyatta declared unconstitutional in the recent past a move that had raised questions on the role of the Attorney General as the President legal advisor.
Taking to hid the Facebook page the Senator has emerges with the question of where is the Attorney General as everything is going against the government when it comes to legal matters this comes at a time when the Court has declared NMS unconstitutional after Kandara Member of Parliament Alice Wahome move to court challenging the decision.
