Hon. Ngunjiri Wambugu has hinted through his official facebook page alleging that former vice president Musalia Mudavadi is now suggesting that there is a possibility that some of our security offices are loyal to the deputy president William Ruto and not to president Uhuru Kenyatta.
According to Ngunjiri Wambugu Musalia Mudavadi's claims would be actually dangerous. It’s like suggesting that during his time there was a possibility of some security officers being loyal to him and not to President Moi his boss.
Here is what Ngunjiri Wambugu shared on his official facebook page about Musalia Mudavadi!
1. Former Vice President Musalia Mudavadi is suggesting that there is a possibility that some of our security officers are loyal to the Deputy President, and not to the President and Commander-In-Chief. This would be what is actually dangerous. It’s like suggesting that during his time there was a possibility of some security officers being loyal to him and not to President Moi.
2. The fact that HE Musalia can even imagine a scenario where our security agencies have their loyalties split between the Commander-In-Chief and a Deputy President is worrying. Please remember that we do not have a Deputy Commander-In-Chief. So on what basis would a security officer be loyal to the DP? It doesn’t happen anywhere in the world - not in banana republics, and not in first world countries.
3. What Musalia should find dangerous is the possibility of a security officer being loyal to Ruto rather than to the Commander-In-Chief. What he should ask is what such officer will do WHEN Ruto does not make it to be President. And then suggest to us how to deal with such officers.
