Right honourable Raila Amollo Odinga is in his second day of Turkana county where he is on official duty. Raila Odinga is campaigning for BBI bill which is expected to increase resources from the national level to county level.

Raila is on record when he revealed yesterday how he personally made calls to internal security Cs Fred Matiang'i instructing him to ensure that the Kapedo situation in Turkana is taken care of and and an end to banditry accomplished. As of yesterday, most activities in the area have resumed to normal with schools reopening after temporarily closing due to insecurity issues.

Today Right honourable Raila Odinga was in Kakuma area a place that hosts refugees and is expected to address the crowd. COTU secretary general Mr Atwoli was in attendance and was given the chance to address the crowd.

Atwoli campaigned for the BBI but was quick to reprimand deputy president William Ruto for driving the husler narrative. Atwoli warned him that he risked dividing the country by introducing class wars by preaching the husler vs dynasty narrative.
