
As the country heads to the August general election, different opinion polls has been released indicating that the race will be between ODM leader and Azimio coalition presidential candidate Raila Odinga and UDA party leader and Kenya Kwanza Alliance presidential candidate William Ruto.
According to the Tifa, Former prime minister Raila Odinga would have massacred William Ruto in 6 regions out of 7. Odinga who have been seeing to be a thread for Kenya Kwanza alliance has been in position to persuade and tried to bring up other regions to support him.

In mount Kenya Ruto is seen to be more popular than Odinga with 76.3% while Odinga remains at 18.7%. In Nyanza region, Odinga enjoys the total support being his home ground and therefore he leads with 76.3 while Ruto 17.3, in other regions Odinga leads are; Nairobi, North Eastern, Eastern region, coastal region and Western region.
For Ruto he only leads in Rift Valley and Mount Kenya region.
