Big Win For Raila As Supreme Court Ordered IEBC To Give Him Access To Election Results Servers.

The Supreme Court has ordered the election commission to grant Raila Odinga of the Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition access to any servers that may have been used to store and transmit data from polling stations.

The court also ordered the commission to grant Mr. Odinga and other presidential election petitioners access to 15 polling stations' ballot boxes for examination, review, and recounting of votes.

The polling stations are located at Nandi Hills and Sinendeti primary schools, as well as Tinderet Conmo, in Nandi County; Belgut, Kapsuser, and Chepkutum primary schools in Kericho County; Jomvu, Mikindani, Ministry of Water, Mvita, and Majengo primary schools in Mombasa County; and Jarok, Gathanji, and Kiheo primary schools in Nyandarua County.

Mr. Odinga desired that the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) be compelled to hand over all ballot boxes in the counties of Bomet, Nandi, Kiambu, Kericho, Kirinyaga, and Nyeri for audit and recount.
