Muhoozi, Museveni's Son, Reacts To How Uhuru Kenyatta And Kagame Handled The M23 Rebels

The East African Media reported that former President Uhuru Kenyatta said on Friday that Rwandan President Paul Kagame had promised to put pressure on the M23 rebels, who are currently fighting Congolese authorities, to make a truce.

The statement was made in a communiqué by Kenyatta, who is working on behalf of the East African Community to facilitate the Peace Process in Nairobi for the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

The findings may indicate Rwanda's influence over the rebel group, despite the fact that the Kagame government denies supporting it. Rwanda didn't quickly answer the assertion.

Muhoozi Kainerugaba, Yoweri Museveni's son, has responded to the news, stating that he fully supports the agreement between Uhuru and Kenyatta to ensure that the M23 rebels leave the captured territories and that the rebels should listen to the two leaders.

"I heard that my darling older sibling, H.E. Uhuru Kenyatta, and uncle, H.E. Paul Kagame, requested that M23 pull out from the region as of late caught. My supervisors are correct. Our siblings in M23 ought to promptly notice the expressions of our older folks!Let's settle this disagreement!"He claimed.
