As the country heads to the August general election, political temperatures have been rising high. That is because some top leaders have been overstepping in their speeches thus end up inciting Kenyans and yet nothing serious has been taken against them.
This is a time that Fred Matiang'i, Hillary Mutyambai, George Kinoti and others should step up and ensure that the country foresee a peaceful general election and that will start by taking action against political hatemongers.
While that is the case, today things were not good as DP William Ruto held his rally at the Jacaranda ground. It is a rally that was disrupted by rowdy youths thus leaving Ruto's allies blaming Babu Owino for the whole mess.
As we are speaking, temperatures have gone high after security officials were told by Bobi Khalwale what Babu Owino should do. Through his official twitter account, Khalwale suggested that Babu Owino should be called upon in the police station to record a statement and the IEBC should also take disciplinary action against the ODM party.
