Mwenda Mbijiwe Family Reveals What Dp Gachagua Promised To Them But Yet To Fulfill

The family of security consultant Mwenda Mbijiwe pleaded with deputy president Rigathi Gachagua to keep his word and find their relatives.

On Saturday, October 1 Mbijiwe brother Nicholas Bundi pressed Gachagua to keep his word more than two weeks after taking office in a press conference.

The DP and his supervisor William Ruto had pledged to address both incidences of police abuse and forced disappearances.

Bundi reminded the DP that he had stated he would give their relative freedom first priority as soon as he took office and that he was being held captive by influential people.

Our competent DP indicated that Mwenda is being held by very powerful people who they previously were unable to contact now that they are in power we will contact them in order to carry out their pledge.

He should keep in mind his campaign-tour pledge that if elected he will bring Mwenda back to us. Gachagua is being reminded to keep his word so Bundi said.

Jane Gatwiri the mother of Mbijiwe, bemoaned the family lack of sleep due to her son's disappearance.

Because of her irregular sleep habits and ongoing concerns about his location she even acquired hypertension sickness. She is startled by a car engine humming.
