Incumbent President Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta, by the powers given to him by the Constitution of the Republic of Kenya, decided to do a cabinet mini-reshuffle in four ministries. The affected Cabinet Secretaries are Eugine Wamalwa, Kobia, Monica Juma and Charles Keter. Spotlight has been on CS Eugine Wamalwa who has been tasked with the ministry of defence and CS Charles Keter who according to many has been relegated to Devolution.
According to Lawyer Danstan Omari, he claims that when one talks about Eugine Wamalwa, he is not a very efficient person. He says that Charles Keter is incompetent since he is moving to Kericho to vie for gubernatorial seat.
“When you look at the changes that have been brought in, when you talk about Wamalwa he is not a very efficient person… Is Keter working for Kenyans or is Keter moving to Kericho to look for the governor’s position?” - Danstan Omari, Advocate #DayBreak." Tweeted by Citizen TV
