
Mombasa County Governor Hon Hassan Joho has said Ruto has a plan to stop devolution government incase he wins the next polls. Hon. Hassan Joho has said that Ruto's plan won't work out revealing that they are prepared to stop him and they will make sure that devolution is set to stay.
Joho urged all kenyans to vote for the former Prime Minister Raila Amollo Odinga who advocated for the 2010 constitution and brought Devolution Government that was set to enhance equal distribution of resources to all kenyans including those leaving in remote places.
Joho is among the Governors who are meeting the ODM leader Raila Amollo Odinga today in Naivasha and who has vowed to campaign for him and make sure that he beats Ruto in the next polls. Joho said that Ruto have plans to change the constitution due to self interest and don't have good plan for the citizens.
