However on absolute contrary to the same, the Devolution permanent secretary Julius Korir gave his own wife a shameful experience.
Narrating to the Milimani court about how she faced unwarranted humiliation in front of their workers and children, Mrs Evelyn who'd been a week away from delivering her second child in hospital, was at home and right at the present time had to undergo beating and tearing up of her dress.
As shared out in The Star newspaper today, in the bare sight of the other many children who were watching the incident, PS Julius Korir did not care at all after getting home and missing food on the table. An emotional Evelyn testified to the court and pleaded for justice as she proceeded, to make the court aware that only three days later after the unfortunate incident, she gave birth to the second born. The incident has however made her have to keep up with the shame of how an inconsiderate workers also watched quietly.
