Political dynamics in the Mt Kenya region is changing daily with only 40 days to the polls, the Kenya Kwanza Alliance in specific has been experiencing some internal turmoils after a section of leaders from the leaders decried deceit and manipulation by the UDA. Led by Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria and his Tujibebe Party leader William Kabogo, the two leaders said that the UDA has been frustrating them especially during rallies.
This was followed by a protest from the parties where they said that they will not be campaigning together with the Kenya Kwanza until their grievances were heard. Few days later, Chama Cha Kazi party leader Hon Moses Kuria was seen back to the campaign trails accompanying the UDA troops. His Tujibebe Party however made it clear that he will now be doing solo campaigns and that he has cut all campaign association with Kenya Kwanza.
New reports have emerged that Moses Kuria might have changed his earlier association with Ruto led UDA after he was seen campaigning solo. This happened yesterday in Kiambu where Kuria and his running mate were seen campaigning without UDA or Kenya kwanza leaders. This raised eyebrows among his supporters when he held solo campaigns for his Chama Cha Kazi party without Ruto-led UDA.
Some of his supporters are now wondering whether Kuria might be on his way out of the Kenya Kwanza team ahead of the August polls.
