Deputy President William Ruto has cleared the air that he has plans to improve on the big four agendas that they had promised to Kenyans during campaigns in their first term as Jubilee. While speaking in Nakuru Ruto alleged that the battle to succeed president Uhuru Kenyatta has been declared and that it will involve those who want to improve the economy and those planning to change the constitution to create positions.Dp William claims that the idea of big four agendas was very good and was on high gear in the first term of Jubilee Party administration but incorporation of Odinga's ideas the administration in the second term interfeared with it completely by coming up with an Idea of changing the constitution to suit their needs.
Ruto requested the residence of Nakuru to support him in order to form the government together and promised to deal with cartels and brokers that have interfeared with farmers ruining the entire agricultural economy. Ruto said that he will change the situation to normal so that kenyans can have something in their pockets
